Putting staff in order of priority

Some of my barbers are newer and still building clientele. It would be helpful (and I know booksy does this) if you could put your barbers in a certain order to where clients select first available staffer and the appointment goes to someone I prioritized that’s least likely to be picked for an appointment.

This would be a helpful feature. We run a massage studio and my wife works doing massage as well. At the very least it would be nice to set priorities with at least a few levels. Basically so when clients are booking an appointment the only way they can get my wife assigned to them is if they specifically select her or if she is the only staff available for that time slot. Similarly, if we have a brand new staff member they could be given priority over others when clients select "Any Staff" when booking. Add a priority to each team member's profile, like a P1, P2, P3 level where when booking any staff the system looks at the P1 first for availability, then to the P2, then last to the P3 staff members. It would also be helpful if we could specify the order that staff is listed in the booking flow rather than only listing alphabetically.

 

This is helpful to ensure newer staff can get appointments since a lot of times the more seasoned staff, or owner, likely have clients that will select them specifically as opposed to choosing to book with any staff.

This would be very helpful for our nail salon. Our previous staff actually argued with management because this feature was not available. We usually assign appointments by seniority (if a client does not have a preference) and availability of course. If multiple techs are available, the appt goes to the tech who’s been here the longest. 

we would greatly appreciate a feature that lets us control the order!

This feature will increase client satisfactions if our nail salon could do the same as @Essene said. This feature is going to be helpful for all service based business. Please add this feature to the next update!

I’ve been asking for this feature for a long time now. I can have 3 staff members with the same availability and when a client selects any available they keep getting assigned to the same staff member multiple times in a day while the others get none. We should be able to set up some sort of system as to which staff members get priority and also to ensure that all staff members are getting an opportunity to get the new client.
