Locations: At both my business and over phone

On Square Appointments, under "Where do you accept appointments?", there is no option for "At both my business and over phone."

Use case: 

We provide services both at our business and over the phone.

Rather than creating items named:

15 minute appointment at store

15 minute appointment over the phone

It could work similar to the "At both my business and the customer's location" feature.

I have to say, it still perplexes me this option is still not available. Seems like an oversight.
