I would like to have a feature that allows customize follow up emails to my clients after their appointment to provide feedback about their experience and to remind them when they need to a book follow up appointment for a specific service.

This is a great idea to have this automated!

We used to manually send out a customized email (leveraging Square's Marketing feature) sending it to just a single recipient, but it does take a long time to build. Ideally we can use dynamic tags {first_name} to allow for personalization at scale.

Yes and a feature that allows "frequency" of the email. For example, I would like to remind my clients when their yearly visits are coming up. @MALqueerhair

Hey this is a great feature and I’m pretty sure you can set this up in the email marketing section of your Dashboard by creating an automated campaign.  We use the feature to send automated emails to lapsed clients, new clients with an offer to bring them back, etc.  I’m going to put a link below that explains this feature a little more in detail and how you can make it work for your business 🙂

square has that you can set up automatic email after 24 hours in marketing. 

This feature would be amazing to add into the marketing section of automated emails. Currently the only option is “when customers make their first purchase” but that automation doesn’t work when it applies to appointments someone has booked, only if they buy something from your online store or a gift card, which is completely useless to my massage studio. Right now I pay for a third party email system but would gladly pay to have this as another accessible feature square offers or again, just adding it as automation option in the current marketing subscription.
