Currently there is no way to share a discount code and have a client schedule a service online with this discount. I would like to print a discount QR code for promotional purposes for my service and appointments based business.
Appreciate both of you dropping your voices & the previous Feature Request link onto the Ideate Board for QR Codes and discounts for Appointments.
Right now, this isn't planned by our Product Team for the future. If at any point our Product Team changes the status, one of the Community Moderators will update the post on here.

May I ask why the status of this is currently not planned?
Does Square not see the benefit in helping service appointment based businesses, and instead devote those resources for product based businesses? Because clearly it has been a feature to businesses selling products while there is a long history of service appointment based businesses asking for this feature.
Is it because Square's software developers cannot figure out how to do this? I doubt this as already mentioned, its available to businesses selling products.
Or is it that it is too costly to implement? In that case, Square's mentality is really "buzz off and deal with it"...
In any case, I just don't see how or why Square is continuously ignoring this issue, as businesses have clearly been crying out for this feature and competitors offer it.
I have to seriously reconsider my services with Square....
This would be great as we do business discounts for employees at our sister companies. If they could have a QR code at their front desk that went specifically to a discounted product for them our atuo applied a discount code that would be amazing!
Clearly there is demand for this product as there are MANY MANY requests to allow a discount code/coupon code to be used for service based businesses that have customers book online.
