Book multiple participants to the same class & allow selling of class seats during check-out

I run a business that offers only one bookable service for customers to attend. We host multiple repeating sessions per day and allow for up to 15 participants per session. 

Currently, using the class feature within Square Appointments allows participants to book online and allows me to manually add a participant in person via the Calendar tab within Square for Appointments on my Square Register. However, people booking online cannot reservice multiple seats in one booking. Moreover, I cannot add more than one participant at a time manually on the Square Register. This has caused Square Appointments to be unusable for me, leaving me to resort to third party options, rather than paying for Square for Appointments Plus.

Feature requests:

1) Add a mechanism for customers to book and pay for multiple seats in a class online in a single transaction

2) Add a mechanism for me to add multiple attendees to a class manually via the Calendar tab of Square for Appointments on my Square Register.

3) Add a way to add participants to a class and check out other items at once on the square register ~ e.g. add two participants to a class and sell them an item on the same transaction.

Until these features are implemented, I unfortunately will not be able to utilize Square for Appointments for my business.

It is OBSURD that this is still an issue. Such a simple and obvious need.

Same. I just switched to the Plus subscription specifically because of the class feature. But I'm going to unsubscribe and go back to the free version. I often have one person sign up for all 6 spots in my class/tour for them and their family/friends. This is WAAAAAAAY too big of a hassle for them to sign up separately for each spot. It is rare that I have an individual wanting to sign up for just one spot.

Why hasn't this been resolved yet?  Other scheduling programs can handle this easily.  What is the problem?

This should be a mandatory 'feature' when booking classes. Crazy. I am really disappointed I can't do this after the time spent learning how to set it all up. Fuming right now!!

It's absolutely ridiculous that this isn't an option yet.  How many more people need to request this for it to be actioned.  You can't even work around it by doing the same booking again as it just gives an error message.

Rather than us all constantly being told to request it via another board - how about somebody actually does something about this obviously needed feature.

I have spent so much time going in circles to find a platform that can help us book classes for our art studio, and have even moved away from Acuity Scheduling because Square is our POS and hallelujah has a class booking feature! Very disappointed and frustrated that after setting everything up again for the whole term that I can't enrol students for the whole term! 

For a feature to be rolled out in 2023 and still only have the basics is really mind blowing.

I can't even pull down any reports for classes?!

Since Square seems uninterested in helping with this, has anyone found an external solution that can work with Square's API? Stripe's? I run a commuter boat with work crews who ride on it. I'd love crew leaders to be able to easily book multiple spots on the boat over multiple days. Maybe a threat from a competitor might help Square get off their asses. 

I just read "The Everything War" about Amazon. The alacrity with which that company adapts to market forces is stunning. I am surprised that despite Square's Silicon Valley roots, they are consistently behind the ball with feature requests. They move like a bureaucracy.

Not being able to schedule multiple classes at once is a real disappointment. I prefer simplicity and will be switching over my pos to Shopify since it seems to integrate better online. Not having this feature is forcing my hand to cancel the pos, payroll, and appointment app

It is hard to believe that we have to ask for this feature. This is BOOKING ONLINE 101! I am also going to cancel this add-on and look to another service. Just ridiculous that a company this big with millions of customers didnt bake this into the feature set.
