We run a small Brick and Mortar Shop outside of Niagara Falls, NY and travel to regional events.  Started as a Motorcycle Apparel and Accessories Shop, Covid has morphed us into a General Store bringing unique, quality goods to the biker community at fair prices.  Last year we did over 50 events during our short riding season here in theNortheast.  This year we are already booked for that number.  

We’ve used Square since opening our doors in 2017.  Unfortunately, our business now requires us to have a preorder, payment when delivered option.  This is something we have been promised for years and have yet to see.   We are now forced to be shopping for a new POS and payment option.

We have been very satisfied with Square other than this issue.  Easy to use and learn.  Wish they would have fixed this feature.

Hi @Ermal77, and welcome to the group! Yes - anyone can become a group member, and it's free to join. The primary focus for this group is retail sales online and in-person, but you're welcome to join us even if you aren't selling your books yourself at this time.

Hi I’m Travell and I own Purity Kingdom LLC.  We are a Christian Brand Company who sells apparel, blogs, and offer emotional wellness solutions. My webpage to shop is https://www.onepuritykingdom.com/s/shop and I’m having trouble with a few things on my Square store @ElisabethB. My business address neither my personal home address is accepted upon checkout. I’m afraid this is the reason I have not gotten the sales I expected by now. I use the suggested addresses provided and it’s still not acceptable. Also, I do not have the transfer (deposit) option visible on the desktop anymore. However, it does appear on the mobile app and I receive an error message every time I attempt to select it. 

Can you please help me?

Hi! I just joined the group but did not know how to get to the welcome page.

I have a very small craft business sewing home and personal items, such as place mats, table runners, pillows, quillows, bibs, seat belt pads, wallets, glass cases, etc. My two avenues of marketing are the internet (website) and local craft shows (about 12 or 13/year). 

I do not know what else to say. My biggest problem is that I am always short on inventory and get too many orders to be able to fill them on a timely basis. People have been kind, especially since I lost my husband over a year ago and am still in a bit of a slump.
