Nice to "meet" you, what is the name of your shop, we love to ride at Thundermountain when we can get away. 

The name of our shop is Cycle Masters and we have owned it for 4 years now, we are a small family owned business, and we are located in Wind Gap, PA. 

Just curious as to how you are using square for your shop and is that the only POS you use for your accounting?

Hi Jenne,

I do operate a small community bike workshop in Trois-Rivières, QC, Canada. We do use square and some of its function.

Invoicing and onsite POS using square app on a phone. We are starting to maintain our inventory with it, I will see how that goes. Report feature is also necessary when I'm closing my month ( I use another software for accounting).

As I said, most of our use is with square app POS, and I must say it is not perfect. Especially when creating a sale with parts that have variations / different brands / model numbers attached to it. See this post where I documented the situation:

So far so good, Square is still easy to use and setup and provides us with a way to accept payment in various types.
