sort by different tax rates?

I own a food truck and need to break down my sales tax by the different tax rates/locations. How am I supposed to do this?? Help please and thank you!

I need this for my accountant, so I need to sort find the amounts from each location/town for the whole year. There has to be an easier way than to go into each day of the year and manually keep track of it! I'm not the only food truck that goes to more than one location, I'm positive!
