There are too many areas where the hours of operations are to be filled and if they do not match the menu is unavailable online. There is Locations, then menus, then QR code ordering, then Fulfillment, and ordering profile. Ordering profile is for neighborhoods, which is a cash app menu ordering option. The Ordering profile: everyone doesn't even have access to use that, but I have access to turn it on and off in my back office. There's even a place inside the menu (menu group) to where you can edit the availability of a item/group but for some reason the menu group availability only works for kiosks but not for online menu.
how about we have it one centralized area where we can go to turn on and off menu availabilities for every area locations, menus, QR code, and ordering profiles. Or have it all in one centralized location, if I change one it automatically change every where. Could someone clarify why do I have an ordering profile for Cash app neighborhoods when I don't even have access to use Cash app neighborhoods it all seems so confusing.
Also, why wouldn't the availability for an item or menu group work for online? Menus are for online ordering correct?
Go to Settings>Accounts&Settings?Locations>Select your location, and then adjust your hours on the sidebar
