Need to generate Report of Unused eGift cards with Client information.
Don't need Net (unused) Amount Total. Want to see Clients who haven't
used Gift Cards.
Also, why do Zero Balance Gift Cards show on Clients' Saved Payment options? Such a hassle to "run card", get 0 balance, and have to go each card.
