In sales summaries and the category of "deferred sales" - how does this work? Where do the funds sit and how do we get them transferred to our account balance?

We define "Deferred Sales" as the total amount of payments that have been collected, but not yet collected or delivered. This includes payments received for goods or services not yet delivered, recorded as a liability until fulfillment, such as Gift Cards and Invoice deposits.
In your Sales Summary, you can hover over each of these sections for more details:
