Hey there @monty505.. That's odd behavior, indeed. Mine usually defaults to today. When you say "any reports," do you mean on the web dashboard? Your POS (if so, which one do you use?). Or somewhere else? Also, do you usually have to sign into your web dashboard after closing your browser, or does it stay signed in for long periods of time?
I've found one platform this happens on. I have "saved" my web dashboard home page as a web app on my Mac. Sometimes this causes the behavior you are describing, but not consistently. So, I'm curious where you are looking at reports where this happens.
