We recently had a small paintings sale. Each painting had QR tag. 25. 35. or 45. dollars. I need a report stating how many $25., 35. 45. sales were made. It would be nice to have the artist's name as well so they can get paid.
Hi and welcome to the Community, @FWS-NN! 👋
Thanks for your question! You can get a report of your painting sales like this:
1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard on a computer/ via a browser.
2. Go to Reports > Item Sales.
3. Set the date range.
4. You’ll see how many of each item (e.g., $25, $35, $45 paintings) were sold.
If the artist name wasn’t included at the time you processed the sale, you may need to track payments manually this time. For future sales, consider using item names, categories, or even modifiers with the artist’s name to ensure this information is recorded alongside your sales, making reporting much easier.
We’ve included a list of all the reporting tools currently available through your Square Dashboard, which should also be helpful!
