TAX REPORT VERSUS SALES SUMMARY DISCREPANCY

In theory, taxable sales plus non-taxable sales should equal Net Sales.  This has been the case for two months, Oct. and Nov. 2025.  However, for December, Taxable plus Nontable do not equal the Net Sales.  The Dec. 2025 Tax Report shows Taxable sales plus Non-taxable sales greather than the December report of Net Sales.  What factors can make this happen?  I have been on the line with Square "support" for an hour and 35 minutes and I am getting the run around!

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting this question! Sorry to hear you're not getting a clear reply while reaching out to phone support, but this is the route I would suggest. 

For something account specific, I would normally suggest reaching out to our Customer Success team via phone. They are able to get into the finer details on your account, especially if your reports are coming across incorrectly.
