We recently launched Local Delivery on our Square Online website. I'd like to be able to view sales reports, sorted or filtered by fulfillment method (for us: Pick-Up, Shipping, Local Delivery). Is there any way to do this? Or some workaround? I've tried all the avenues I can think of, including downloading all orders and filtering (that downloaded orders CSV is really confusing). Any advice out there?

Anyway, I think that report should get you the information you need. FYI, I fired up Square AI and tried to do an ad hoc report on fulfillment type. I don't think the LLM has been trained on that area of Square yet, though. The returned information didn't have enough detail, which usually means untrained.
Hey @JoeTend – I can definitely see how a report like this would be helpful. I was exploring the Dashboard and came across some online reports. Since I don’t have orders or anything set up on my demo account, I can’t fully tell if this option would give exactly what you need.
Outside of that, I’m not seeing any reporting that provides this information, which means it would be considered a feature request. You’re welcome to share your thoughts on the feature request board so our team can see them.

hi @TheRealChipA ! Thank so much for this. For some reason I wasn't seeing the "Type" dropdown (too many dropdowns!) on that screen. Thanks for making me open my eyes. LOL. This will absolutely help as a workaround until there is better reporting. (Note on CSV -- I tried pulling that last week to accomplish this task and found the report to be so confusing -- way too many lines, missing information, etc. Agreed that it needs work!).
