Sales report changes (AU mobile and terminal)

Hi Square,

The new Sales report is a step backwards for Australian businesses:

• GST excluded from top-line product sales. Headline figures should be GST-inclusive, with GST shown separately, so they match takings, BAS and bank deposits. Make it the default or add a toggle.
• Weekly and monthly charts now update minute by minute. I can no longer see the full week or month including upcoming days, which makes goal setting, target tracking and period-on-period comparison impossible. Restore the full-period view.

Please revert these changes or make them optional. It’s lost all functionality. Cheers

Agreed. The new "Product Sales" is confusing in the way the number is generated. Why does it not include GST? Why is it adding on any discounts/comps? There is no relation between product sales and the money that is being sent to you. Where has gross sales gone in the the POS reports? I find no value in having Product Sales as the Net Sales + Discounts.

I second what the others are saying. Would love this to be an optional change, rather than forcing it upon people who have systems in place around the previous reporting methods.

@SunCream @samazn @KtownCoffee - Are all of you using iPhones? 

I'm seeing the same issue using the iPhone app (and agree that it's not helpful, it needs to show sales inc. GST). I asked someone to check on their Android app and they were still seeing it the old way.
