I'm not sure this is the right space to ask this. But... I can sign in, but when I click on a page to go to, all I get is the little circle whirring and whirring around. I never get to see my transactions or anything beyond the home page. I've asked Square, and they simply tell me to clear my cache. Any ideas?
Where are you logging in from? What browser are you using? Have you made sure your computer/phone is updated?
Thanks for the reply. I am using Chrome on my desktop computer. Chrome is updated, so that's not the problem. I log in to Square okay, but then all I see is the little circle whirring around that goes nowhere. I am stick and cannot do anything. I want to see my latest transactions. Now what?
@SusanVa I always check here first - Square / United States 🇺🇸 Status - issquareup.com and if it says Square is fully operational - I reset my router/wifi because many times the issue isn't Square if I confirm status.

Your router should have a reset button (note - this isn't from Square just whatever provider you are using). Mine is AT&T and there is a reset button - or an app that can reset virtually. If all else fails I unplug - leave for one minute - then replug. A weak or spotty wifi connection can be a huge issue working from Chromebooks.
