PDF Reporting options

Just curious if anyone else would find it valuable to have a PDF versions of the reports as well as csv files

 

Currently there is no options of more formal documentation for printing Sales Turnover etc.. that can be used to provide accountants with a quick summary / snap shot of the business financial information.

 

Or the option of a yearly Square tax invoice that would reflect the above information on one document instead of monthly ones.

 

Would love feedback and support from fellow business owners :))

Thanks for the feedback, I can see that having the ability to generate PDF reports would be really handy here. I've moved your post to our Australian Feature Requests board so we can track this request here moving forward.

 

In the meantime you could possibly look at utilising Team Management features for better accessibility to reports for your accountant. You can use these features to assign an Accountant a login and permissions on your account (eg you can give them report viewing access on the dashboard but leave off access to changing business info or using the POS app). Note that there are free and paid versions of Team Management - if it's just you and one other permission set (eg one for your Accountant) it's be free. If you're looking to use expanded Team Permission features - eg multiple different permission sets according to role (floor staff, manager, accountant etc) there is a cost to using these features.

While we don't have a yearly Square tax invoice, we do have month by month PDF reports available via your Online Dashboard under Account and Settings > Business > Tax Invoices. I'm not sure if you've previously seen these, but hopefully they provide some help for tax reporting!
