I schedule phone calls and Zoom meetings with clients, as well as meetings at my location or theirs. Is there a way to 'add a location' that's simply Phone/Zoom Call?
Both "locations" will be displayed on your online booking site and in client communications, and can appear as "In Person" or "Virtual," depending on what you title your locations. I don't want to add a separate location. Under Settings, where it says 'Where do you accept appointments?' I want to have at both my business and the customer's locations AND By Phone AND By Video Conference.

This Appointments 'location' setting is just a designation for your customers as to where you buyers should go for their appointment. After researching, it doesn't look like we have a suggested work-around. However, I would echo Isabelle's suggestion above and flag this over to our Appointments Support Team. They can take a deep dive with you here!

I don't have a timeline on when this will be available but I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
The work-around that I have come up with is to 1. change my location for appointments to "my location" instead of "by phone" and then 2. change my address to "Virtual Meeting by Zoom".
