Feature Request: Include number of appointments booked vs completed - Square Appointments reporting

We are needing a way to run a report for stylists and the # of appts made and # of appts completed.  Is this possible?  If so, how?

Hi there! Thank you so much for the reply! I do infact LOVE everything about Square, and I also love how personally involved the company is with the end user for the development! Bravo!

This report is important to my business for a couple of reasons.

I run contests and provide monthly support to students and stylists, and being able to provide them with a total number of their monthly appointments. along with their clients' name and service received, makes for a useful learning tool.

I also run contests every month for the student that has the most appointments, so I need to be able to easily pull this information without having to review each students' monthly calendar.

This report will also enable students and stylists to review their clients' last service dates to easily determine needed and repeated services, trends, and other habits.

I need to be able to have the report differentiate between both appointments and retail products purchased, so filter options need to be included, as we encourage all staff to enter client information even if the client is only making retail purchases.

We aren't able to offer an automated workaround for the requests you raised with Appointments right now, but we'll certainly return to this thread as any developments come through. As for associating retail sales with your staff, you might consider Team Management, which offers employee performance metrics: Get Started with Team Management.

Is there anyplace that lets me know the number of appointments squeduled for the week. I would like the total number of people coming and then the break down for each employee. For example: there at 20 appointments scheduled. 5 for person A, and 15 for person B. Thanks.

I've gone ahead and merged your post with a thread of Sellers asking similar questions about reporting feature for Square Appointments. As of now, Appointments reporting is limited to your booking history for past meetings, and a Calendar view for upcoming appointments. While this feature is somewhat limited from a reporting stand-point, we are actively developing an over-haul of new reporting features for Invoices that you can expect down the road.

 

In the meantime, I would reference this Best Answer from Tom within the above thread.

 

I'm also tagging our Product Teams here for visibility so that they can have a first-hand view into the features our Sellers are asking for.

We need a weekly report with appointments, dates, and times.  Is there a way to run a report of all scheduled and past appointments with corresponding appointment information such as client name, session date, clinician, etc....?

This is currently a feature request the Appointments Team is tracking. I've moved your post to join other Sellers who's looking for the same feature. I'll keep you updated when Reporting for Appointments will become available.

We are implementing Square Appointments for our business, and have it set up where staff must manually accept or decline appointments. Is there a way to see a list of declined appointments?

Hey there! Thanks for asking. At this time, we are still tracking feature requests for any sort of appointments reporting. We already have a thread going for it, so I've actually merged your question with the existing thread so we can have all the requests in one spot. Hopefully this helps, and you can also dig around to see what other sellers have done to get the reports they are looking for.

I’m just setting up my appointments and would like to add my clients past appointments and payments for February and January of this year to complete the report views and financial picture. Can that be done?
