Hello @theFCC! I'm afraid there isn't a way to bulk cancel invoices. But you could filter your Invoices so you only see the outstanding ones, and you can further filter your Invoices by date.
To get started:
Sign in to your online Square Dashboard.
Navigate to the Invoices tab and from the top of the screen click All Invoices and then select Outstanding to see all unpaid Invoices.
Then click All Time to view Invoices in a specific date range.
Click on a specific Invoice > click More > click Cancel.
In the meantime I'll share your request with the Invoices team, I can see how a way to cancel multiple invoices at once would save time!

Would really like to see this functionality added. I have a client who receives multiple invoices from us at once (50+) and they pay via a single check payment, I would like to be able to check off all those invoices at once and mark them as paid with the appropriate payment method. This would save me a tremendous amount of time, thanks in advance!!
@LEGALSERVEINC - Hey there! This is currently a limitation with Invoices, but I see how marking multiple invoices at a time makes things easier for you. I'll bubble your suggestion up to the Product Team for tracking.
Maybe @Helen's suggestion to use filters on this thread might help as a workaround.
There is not currently a way to bulk archive invoices, however we'll use this thread to start tracking the request. I can see it'd be handy to do rather than go through each invoice one by one, especially if you have a lot of old invoices!
Absolutely. As about 50% of our orders are custom made invoices, we use the invoice screen as our "order" screen. So being able to "complete" a bulk amount of invoices at once would be very handy.
@Helen I can’t believe this still isn’t a feature of Invoice. We use Invoice to run a subscription service and we spend hours on administration to cancel the unpaid invoices and archive the paid once the order has been fulfilled.
Is there any inclination this will become a feature in the near future else we will have to look for an alternative method to run our payment system for subscription services.
