As far as I can tell, the same confirmation email goes out no matter which service you are providing. I know how to edit the general confirmation email -- but how do you set up different emails for different services?

Hi @chriswoodthumb, the confirmation emails can't be edited or customized for each service I'm afraid. This thread has a preview of what the Appointment confirmation emails look like - the confirmation email always includes the name of the service(s) booked by your client.
