Automated follow up email

Is there a way to have square send an automated email to a client 2 days after their appointment? Also is there a way to send an automated welcome email? I have docusign packets that I send out with paperwork when clients book with me and it would be amazing to have that just automatically happen.

There isn't a way to send those types of communications using Appointments. Perhaps you might be interested in Square Marketing, and email blast tool. Learn more here.
