Appointments: How to view all recent clients that booked for the day?

How can I view all the clients that booked from today? I want to be able to filter out by recent or latest clients that have been added/booked this way I can see how many total new clients in one day I gained. Anyway to do this? I went into client directory but didnt see a way to do it.

@VSM Have you tried using the filters on the Customer Directory or sorting the results by Last Visted? Or are you looking for a specific new filter like filter by appointments created on X date/since X date? 

From your online Dashboard head to the Customer Directory section and click Filters in the top right:  

To sort the reults click Last Visited at the top of that column (see the screenshot below) and the list of customers will be arranged from newest to oldest. Click Last Visited again to sort the results to oldest to newest.

@Helen  yeah i would like to have a filter thats by recent appointments created. Last visited does not mean that its new clients that just booked a session. Its any client that came in for a session recently which is not what im looking for.

Understood. Have you tried using Creation Source filter as well? After you apply that filter click on drop down and select Appointments. (I'm adding more screenshots below as it's tricky to describe.) You should be able to arrange the results by Created/Last Visited to see when new appointments were created.

Yes, I have tried that. It does not help much as some clients I had them booked but did not show up. So when I do creations source and select appointments and then filter by last visited it shows NEVER but those are the clients that never came in. It does not mean that they are the recent clients I booked. It just shows every client that has never came in even if its like 2 weeks old.

Thanks @VSM! From the Insights section of your Dashboard there is a chart for Visits by New vs. Returning Customers but I can see how being able to view a filtered list of the number of new customers for a specific date. If this feature is added in future we'll let you know here. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!

We pay a one time marketing fee at 50%. We also charge 50% of services performed towards rent. I need to be able to separate the new marketing clients from the repeat clients which are paid towards rent. The two renters we have on this system don’t have a clientele large enough to pay total rent yet, but they are getting close! My delemma is that when they are servicing more than rent I need to be able to give them 100% back for their services. At this time, I don’t see a way to look at new vs repeat clients on a weekly basis. I really need this feature ASAP!!
