the information showed I would get a free credit card reader by opening an account. However, once I set up my account, i am selecting the reader for both the chip and swipe and the system is showing a charge for the reader.
the free reader is the magnetic stripe reader that is $10.
I want the reader that costs $10 - but it's charging me $10. I thought it was supposed to be free?
