want employees to use their own access code to make sales

I want employees to use the four digit code I've assigned to them to make sales. I made up a fake employee to test this out and when I clock out of my owner account, I can't log back in as my fake employee. Help please!

I think I might know what's happening—are you signed in on this device using a device code? I would double check that you're signed in by following these steps: Create Device Code. After that, you should be able to sign in using your fake employee passcode.
