After every sale, the Thank you page has an option to print a "gift receipt", can this be turned off?
I checked in Settings but I'm not finding an option to disable it. Can you explain more on how the gift receipt option is impacting your biz? Are you hitting it by accident? Is it printing automatically?

After the completion of every sale the "Thank you" page comes up with the option to print a gift receipt. So sometimes we print the gift receipt by mistake, but we have to hit the "new sale" link at the top left of the screen. For us, we would rather go straight to the new sale screen without the extra step. Especially when I have a line of customers in front of the counter. Numerous times during the day, we take care of one customer and start scanning products for the next only to find out nothing has been entered because we are still on the "Thank you " page and we have to hit new sale.
Very frustrating and a waist of time due to the extra step.
We are fairly new to Square POS, we were using QB POS, so having to learn everything over again.
