make payments to a non-employee business partner?

Hello, I have a non-employee business partner who I need to make payments to. Is there a way to do this directly from the square app? Is there a feature for this in the employee pay? 

Additionally, is there a way to pay business expenses with the square app, other than getting the Square Debit Card?

I think it'd be best if you used the Square Cash app for this kind of money transfer since the Cash App is for friends/peers, business partners, etc.

You technically couldn't pay a business partner on the Point of Sale app due to the Terms of Service. If the person was an employee, you could pay them using our Square Payroll subscription we offer.
