how to put members of a coop on to one Square Ap?

We are members of a co-op art gallery.  How do each member of the co-op put the same Square-up sign in for the gallery on their individual phones?

The best way to do this is to assign device id's.  Go to Accounts & Settings / Devices.  This option will also show who rang the transaction because each transaction will show the Device name.
