the invoice was received and my customer says that the pay invoice button is greyed out and not working. Help
That sounds strange. They should be able to click the pay button as soon as they receive the invoice.
Was this still happening?

My customer reported a similar issue with this pay this amount button. She says when she clicked it, it erased all her credit card data, and she got a black payment form again. She plans to try it again. Perhaps it's an intermittent problem, but I don't understand why Square has a two-step process to pay the invoice anyway.
