Hi, how do i return square stand i bought on square online store. its not right size. i have i pad mini and i need a stand for i pad mini. [EMAIL REDACTED] and is there a phone number i can call for help.
We have a 30-day return policy on all hardware purchased directly from Square. Here are the steps:
Locate your Order ID number on your original order confirmation email.
Use the prepaid shipping label to send back your hardware.
Include all cords, the original packaging, and the original packing slip with your return.
When your return has been received (with all of the original hardware included), you'll receive a refund that should post in 5-7 business days.
The form generator for the return label won't accept PO Boxes for the return (customer) address, saying Square doesn't ship to PO Boxes. (1.) This is the return address, so why does Square care? (2.) Square does ship to PO Boxes, so this (mal)function makes even less sense.
While we're able to ship our magstripe readers (smaller post) to P.O. boxes, that's correct that a physical address in needed for larger hardware returns. Sorry for the trouble!
I ordered and paid for the POS Kit. I've tried to find an IPAD to fit in this terminal but all I've found are used devices. I don't want to run my transaction thru an used device. I don't feel my money safe at all.
I want to return this terminal and get refunded for what I paid.
How should I do this?

On another note- it is safe to use used/refurbished iPads! Our system is encrypted and our payment information is stored under PCI compliance no matter what hardware is used.
