how do I arrange items within a category in Square for Restaurants

I am unable to arrange items within a category in Square for Restaurants Menu. I would like to arrange them either in A-Z order or by some implicit sub-category. Any pointers are appreciated

Hmm, you are def able to rearrange items. Can you confirm you're not using the Standard Point of Sale. Does this article help?
