Since square does not sync with the desktop version of Quickbooks, I use the paper receipts for my data entry. The mechant copy used to print out all the items that were purchased, and now I have to print a second receipt for each charged purchase. Where is the option to print an itemized receipt for the Merchant Copy?
To get started, have you had a chance to check out the Commerce Sync and Square Integration? This 3rd party option allows you to connect your QuickBooks Desktop account with the sales and payment information from your Square account.
As for your receipt question, would you mind providing a few more details? When looking at the receipt/printer options, these are choices: 1) Receipt, 2) Order Tickets and/or 3) Order Ticket Stubs. Which do you have turned on?
