Where can I find answers to Weebly-based questions?

I'm new to Square, SquareUp, and Weebly. 

I'm working with a business who has their inventory with Square and their site is Weebly through Square.

Can someone point me in a direction for finding a Knowledgebase, Help, anything? 

- are there backups?
- is there a staging areas so that we can change the site design and not publish until we're ready?

- are there ready-to-use themes available or easily adaptable?

- any insights or advice to share?
