What happened to the larger Create Team Member form for payroll?

I just went to create a new Team Member and the larger form for tax information doesn't show any more. I entered the employees email address but they never got an invite to complete their own information. So how do we get them on board?

Hey @encountercafe - it sounds like you might be creating your employee profile in Team Management instead of the Payroll Tab.
