Are you looking at the Transaction Status report

This report shows the status of any transactions that were not processed: cards that were declined, payments that were canceled, and other uncompleted transactions. Declined or canceled transactions are often successfully reprocessed and appear here.

Declined transactions occur when there is an issue with the customer’s card. For instance, if the bank detects fraud on the card, they might block that card until the customer calls to resolve the issue.

Expired transactions occur when you take offline payments and don’t sync back online within 72 hours.

Canceled transactions occur after you swipe and then either cancel the transaction on the signature screen or something out of the ordinary happened during the sale: intermittent Internet connectivity, app reset, a call or text in the middle of a transaction, etc.

Not Charged transactions are those that were not processed due to something out of the ordinary. You have 30 days to recharge the transaction from this report. This is the only type of transaction where you can take action directly from the report.
