Looking forward to learn in this new community as a small venture that I run is switching from eVite to Square, but finding a few features and functionality that I'm misssing.  Look forward to all your help through my transition.

 

Today for example I had a buyer tell me they paid for something and left me a comment in the 'box'.  I didn't get the payment nor a comment.  How do we get alerted to comments?

Hi @Girlmade - welcome to Square and thanks for posting here! Sounds like your buyer left feedback for you about their experience - you can access customer feedback from the Square dashboard. Click "Customers" on the left and then "Feedback" or go to this link. Hope this helps!
