Void and comp for Retail?

When we first started using Square for Retail we had the Comp and Void options on bothe the individual items and also for the whole transaction. Now we can not find those options anywhere. The only way we can comp an item now is in the original Square App. How can we do it on Retail again?

@RedLeg At this time you can only comp an item with Square for Retail. You're right the Comp and Void options are both still available in the Point of Sale app.

To comp any item using the Square for Retail app:

1. Add/scan the item to the cart. 
2. From the cart, tap on the item name.
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom > select Comp.

I'll also share your request to have the void feature in the Retail app with that team. Let me know if you have any other questions!
