Uploading Inventory from Clover to Square in Excel error

I am having problems with Uploading my inventory from Clover to Square. I have downloaded the templete from Square, cut and pasted my inventory from Clover into the Square excel templete and moved everything in the proper area. I tried to import the excel into Square but I am coming up with the following error

 

There was an issue uploading all of your vendors. Please refresh the page, verify your item library and try again. If you are unable to resolve your issue, please contact support for additional assistance.

 

Any ideas or assistance helpful. I've already spent hours moving over a 1000 items into the proper areas of the Sqaure templete and don't relish having to hand enter all of my items one at a time. I called customer support yesterday and unfortunately the person on the other end had no clue as to how to import inventory.

It seems like we missed your post here and I wanted to make sure if you're still having this inconvenience? I apologize for the experience on the phone. The best way to tackle these situations is by emailing the file being imported to our support team so they can take a look and confirm on their end if the file needs adjustments made by you or if the system is actually failing to complete the importing process. 

 

Was this the case in your phone interaction? Did the support representative receive a copy of your file to be imported?
