I have tried turning off the signature requirement and it still reverts back to requireing a signature. I have tried turning it off from my laptop by logging in to the Squareup dashboard as well as trying to turn it off on my Galaxy S8, the device I use to accept payments. Each time I turn it off, it automatically defaults to turning back on. There is no option to "save" my choice after I turn it off. How can I turn it off and make it stay off?
Hi @RLSLMT, it sounds like either your phone's operating system or the Square app itself may be in need of an update. Once you toggle this setting off, the change should stick, as long as everything is up-to-date - I recommend running through these troubleshooting steps first.
