Trying to edit a timecard

I have a issue with my timecards, I was trying to edit a timecard and when I hit save it would says "This timecard overlaps with an existing timecard" but there are no other timecards, how do I find this "existing" timecard that is no where to be found so I can edit my timecard?

Was this happening when you edit a specific timecard or every timecard that you come across?

We might need to have you call in to our Payroll team directly so they can walk through this with you, as there's likely a specific setting causing this error to appear for you.

The Square software is altering the timecards.  One employee's continues to get shorted hours and and another's are doubled. HELP!
