My business name is correct on the Receipt tab in Settings, but the text my customer received from his credit card company showed the business name as "B2B". Has anyone else experienced this, and know how it can be resolved?
@lyoung512 - Welcome to the Seller Community, and kudos on your first post! 👏 As for the issue you're describing, is there anyway that you could request a screenshot? Do you know who they bank with? Have any other customers reported this? In general, a charge should appear as *SQ (Name of Sellers Business) go.sq. Look forward to hearing back!
