Terminal won’t connect to cash drawer

I have set up square for restaurants and have a square stand with a iPad, a USB cash drawer, and a terminal for a drive thru window.  My square stand and cash drawer work fine together but I can not get the terminal to connect to the cash drawer.  This causes my cash drawer report to be inaccurate every day. Please help!

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the trouble connecting your Square Terminal to your cash drawer. Are you using the hub for Square Terminal to connect the drawer?
