If a customer pays by cash or check and wants a receipt, I can find no way to record the payment or give them a receipt. It seems to be available only on tablet or phone, neither of which do I use due to having a home-office. I need it on the desktop/virtual terminal.
This seems to be a basic function that should be included with Square Appointments desktop version. When will it be?

The Virtual Terminal's only function is to collect card payments manually so there isn't a cash/other tender option on there.
I definitely see how this would be useful since you said your business runs off a desktop but it isn't available at this time.
We'll let the Virtual Terminal team know you're looking for this and pass it up as a suggestion for future improvements!
