I'll be using Square for craft shows and have a few questions.
How do I email receipts to customers?
The price listed on each item will include sales tax (for ease of making change, etc). In square is it better to include the sales tax in the price or list in separately? If it is included in the price, will I still receive a sales tax collected report?

Hi @DanaD - How exciting to be using Square at craft fairs!
For receipts, every time you process a transaction, Square's Point of Sale app will prompt you about receipts at the end of the transaction. You'll have the option to email, text, or not send a receipt. You can just ask a customer what they prefer, and some customers even do it themselves after signing for the transaction.
Here is some more info on sales tax, but I know @RHatch is a reporting genius so can answer your question about reporting!
As long as you set up the tax in Square the tax report will work. Have you set up the tax and applied it to your items?
Yes, it finally worked correctly. For some reason it was applying the taxes 2x so the numbers were slightly off. I finally figured it out. Thanks!
