Square Marketing Email Campaign - removing Twitter & Insta logos at the bottom?

I'm trying to delete the Twitter and Insta logos at the bottom of my Square email marketing campaign (and just keep FB and Web).  I've tried everything and can't remove them.  Any ideas?  TIA!

Hi @drb1! If you leave all of the social media fields blank, then the Twitter, Facebook and Instagram logos will not appear in the footer of your final campaign.

If you want only the Facebook logo to appear, enter the URL for your Facebook page in the footer, and your campaign will only show the Facebook logo.

You can adjust your footer settings from the Design section of the marketing campaign:

  1. Click on the footer (the area with logos) to make changes.
  2. Make sure each field is blank (or fill in the URL/username of the social media link you want to share).
  3. Click Done to continue editing and preview/send your campaign.

Just before you send your campaign you'll see the option to email yourself a preview. This is a great way to proof read your campaign and confirm that the correct social media logos appear in your campaign.

If you've followed these steps and the logos are still appearing in the campaign preview please reply here to let me know. Please also let me know which campaign type you've selected so I can investigate!

I've changed my business name and updated my account with the new details. I've saved it in the footer section of my marketing campaign, changed all the social media links but for some reason the old name is still appearing on the campaign when I send it to myself with the old logo. How do I get rid of it?

Thanks for flagging, @fikapdx! I think I know where you need to make the change—have a look at Puka's reply in this thread and let us know if that helps clear things up: Why is my old business name still showing up in Marketing campaigns?

Please don't hesitate to reply if any questions remain. 🙂

Hi @1blessedchick! Welcome to the Community.

I moved your post to an existing thread where @Helen detailed how to add URLs to your campaigns.

Check out her answer above with step-by-step instructions and the picture of where this option exists!

Hi there.

The newsletter footer icons include Twitter, but our business (dance studio) doesn't use it at all.

Is there a way to remove the icon please?
Thanks for your time 🙂
