Simple Item Sales Report For Specific Time Frame

I want to print a simple report that tells me how many of a specific item(s) I sold over a time period such s day, week, month, etc... I don't want to print the whole database, just selected items. Anyone have any ideas?

You can check your Item sales here. 

You can also filter your sales by day, week, month or year. 

If you export the information and use a worksheet editor, you will have even more options to filter the information and select just what you need.
