Shipping Cost Calculator before upgrading to Premium

Premium offers best shipping rates but is there a way to check what those shipping rates would be before upgrading? I would have to ship small packages that weigh 50 to 60 lbs and so I print shipping labels directly with UPS, it would be about $50 to $70 depending on the destination address. Wondering how much that would be, if I were to upgrade to premium and use square for shipping? Is there a way to verify the shipping costs before upgrading?
