Scheduling/Recording Future Events Upon Payment

I book photobooth events well before the event date.  How can I take a payment and at the same time sync the customer contact and event info to a calendar so I don't have to manually do it later?

Thanks for posting in our Seller Community. 

Using Square Appointments you can have your customers/clients book in advance, and pay in advance. They will be asked to enter their first and last name, along with contact information at the time of booking.
