SSN requriement for our US based company

We are based in Australia but have a US company with EIN and US bank account. I have completed everything but payments cannot come until I insert an SSN.  Anyway around or I need to ask our US employee for his??

Hi @stephenlgreen - 

Unfortunately, there is not a way to get around using the SSN for a US company. We have banking and federal regs we have to comply with. If you're going to use an employee's SSN - make sure to update the Taxpayer Information with the EIN.
